Erik Van Baren, CEO:
FOTOSOL’R was formed by Erik Van Baren who is the sole shareholder of the company.
He is mostly responsible for the financial, legal and tax aspects of projects which comprise:
- Profitability and return on investment estimates,
- The search for project financing (through external investors or bank loans),
- The legal setup of each project,
- Fiscal aspects related to each project.
He has a broad experience in the fields of financial auditing, financial control and supervision. Prior to his role as CEO of FOTOSOL’R, he has occupied several functions as CFO in large international groups.
Erik Van Baren graduated from the ’Ecole d’Administration et de Direction des Affaires’ with a degree in Accounting and Finance (D.E.S.C.F: Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Comptables et Financières).
- Sandhya Domah is responsible for the technical Engineering and financial evaluation of photovoltaic projects. She also coordinates the implementation of projects, and is responsible for business development at large.
She has worked for almost 3 years as a process/controls engineer in an international consumer goods company, more specifically in the field of industrial automation.
Sandhya has an Electrical Engineering degree from the École Polytechnique de Montréal, Canada, and has taken specific PV training offered by INES (Institut National de l’Énergie Solaire, the leading French research centre on renewable energies).
Cédric Germa is responsible for the technical Engineering and financial evaluation of photovoltaic projects. He also coordinates the implementation of projects, and is responsible for business development at large.
Cédric worked for 3 years as a Physics teacher before starting his career in the renewable energy sector in the recovery and treatment of Biogas. He is also competent in the field of cogeneration (the simultaneous production of heat and electricity).
Cédric graduated from the École Nationale des Arts et Métiers (ENSAM)with a degree in Hybrid Power Generation Systems. He also has a degree in Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials, and has taken specific PV training offered by INES (Institut National de l’Énergie Solaire, the leading French research centre on renewable energies).
Alexandre Séguinot is responsible for the technical Engineering and financial evaluation of photovoltaic projects. He also does the technical drawings and electrical wiring diagrams.
Alexandre has prior experience in the technical design and dimensioning of heating and air conditioning systems.
He has a degree in the Science and Technology of Renewable Energies with a specialization in Thermal Systems, from the University of Tarbes (France). He has also taken specific PV training offered by INES (Institut National de l’Énergie Solaire, the leading French research centre on renewable energies).
